Are there any extra fees I should know about?
Just a few one-time fees to keep everything smooth from move-in to move-out: - A €100 **application fee** when you book your place. - Check-out fees covering the inventory and final cleaning: - **Coliving:** €200 - **Studios & 1-bedroom apartments:** €350 - **2-bedroom apartments:** €450 - **3-bedroom apartments:** €550 - **4-bedroom apartments:** €650 Clear, simple, nothing hidden, just the essentials to make your arrival (and departure) easy.
What's included in a Neybor coliving room in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre?
Every private room in our Woluwe-Saint-Pierre coliving houses comes fully furnished (bed, desk, storage, bedding), with private shower room and WC, access to a well-equipped communal kitchen and shared dining area, high-speed wi-fi, utilities (water, electricity, heating), regular cleaning of common areas, and invitations to community events. Utility charges are fully included.
Can I move between different Neybor houses or apartments?

Do I need to bring my own duvet, pillows, beddings, towels or bath mat?
Yes. But to make your arrival extra comfy, you can purchase them with Neybor when booking your room, sheets, duvet, pillows, towels, bath mat, all delivered in your room for you. They are produced for Neybor in Portugal and exceptionally soft.
Can I decorate or personalize my room?
Your room is yours to keep cozy and personal, photos, art, little things that make you smile can be hung with our installed hooks. Go wild… just not with a paint roller.
