From move-in to move-out, we provide an extra-smooth, hassle-free experience.
Friends and family are welcome — that’s what home’s about. Overnight stays are limited to seven nights per month. Just give your housemates a heads-up — great coliving starts with good vibes.
Smoking isn’t allowed indoors, for everyone’s comfort. But many houses have terraces or gardens — perfect spots to step out for a cigarette.
Love is of course welcome. Our Suites and Studios are made for two, with an additional cost of 125€/month. We just keep each house balanced, so everyone feels at home.
All our rooms are made for easy living — what changes is simply how you like to share. - Pocket rooms: cozy and smart, you’ll share the bathroom and toilet with up to two people. - Standard rooms: a little extra privacy — your own bathroom, and shared toilets with up to two people. - Standard+ and Suite: full comfort mode — bathroom and toilet all to yourself.
You’re never on your own — just open a ticket in the Neybor app for anything home-related, and we’ll take care of it. And for everything else, our Community Team is always there — just a call away.
Yes. But to make your arrival extra comfy, you can purchase them with Neybor when booking your room — sheets, duvet, pillows, towels, bath mat, all delivered in your room for you. They are produced for Neybor in Portugal and exceptionally soft.
Your room is yours to keep cozy and personal — photos, art, little things that make you smile can be hung with our installed hooks. Go wild… just not with a paint roller.
Yes, of course. Sometimes life changes — and your home should follow. If you’re ready for a new chapter, we’ll help you find the next place that feels just right. Just reach out, and we’ll make it easy.
Things happen — no stress. Just report it through the Neybor app, and our team will take care of it. We’ll fix or replace what’s needed as soon as possible.
Shared areas in coliving houses are cleaned weekly. For private rooms and apartments, you can make a request for additional cleaning services, arranged at your own expense if desired.
As much as we love animals, our houses remain pet-free to make sure everyone feels perfectly at ease.
