Are there any extra fees I should know about?
Just a few one-time fees to keep everything smooth from move-in to move-out: - An **application fee** when you book your place. This is a one-time fee that you may pay to grant you access to a range of community benefits, including but not limited to: access to a global community mobile application, special discounts with partners, global events, flexibility to move between different hubs, etc. The fee never needs to be paid again, as long as you remain a Member of Neybor continuously and without interruption in your tenancy - Check-out fees covering the inventory and final cleaning of your unit. They will be deducted from your deposit at the check-out. - **Coliving rooms:** €200 - **Studios & 1-bedroom apartments:** €300 - **2-bedroom apartments:** €350 - **3-bedroom apartments:** €400 - **4-bedroom apartments:** €450
Can I move between different Neybor houses or apartments?
Yes, of course. Sometimes life changes, and your home should follow. If you’re ready for a new chapter, we’ll help you find the next place that feels just right. Just reach out, and we’ll make it easy.
Do I need to bring my own duvet and pillows?
No. To make your arrival extra comfy, Neybor provides you with a new duvet (240x220cm) and 2 pillows (50x70cm). On the other hand, you need to bring your own bedsheets, towels and bath mat. You can also purchase them from Neybor via our bedding pack. All items are produced for Neybor in Portugal and exceptionally soft.
Can I decorate or personalize my room?
Your room is yours to keep cozy and personal, photos, art, little things that make you smile can be hung with our installed hooks. Go wild… just not with a paint roller.
