Plans change — and that’s okay. You can move out anytime with two full months’ notice by email to hello@neybor.co, provided you’ve respected the minimum duration. If not, a one-month fee apply — unless you’re covered by our early departure insurance or find a new Neybor to take over your spot.
A security deposit is requested before moving in — €1,300 for coliving rooms, €2,000 for studios or one-bedroom apartments, and €3,000 for larger ones. Just part of keeping everything smooth and secure.
For our coliving houses, the standard minimum stay is 6 months, though most Neybors stay around 15 months to fully soak in the experience. For our private apartments, the standard minimum stay is 12 months. There is no end date in our contract, so, once you have passed the minimum stay, you decide whenever you want to stop, and two months later, you may go!
We keep it simple — just an ID and a proof of solvency, like a work contract, a recent payslip, a bank statement with sufficient funds. If that’s tricky, no worries: you can apply with a guarantor instead, providing their ID, proof of solvency, and the guarantor letter.
