Can I live at Neybor with my partner?
Love is of course welcome. Our Suites and Studios are made for two, with an additional cost of 125€/month. We just keep each house balanced, so everyone feels at home.
Can I smoke inside Neybor houses or apartments?
Smoking isn’t allowed indoors, for everyone’s comfort. But many houses have terraces or gardens — perfect spots to step out for a cigarette.
Are there any extra fees I should know about?
Just a few one-time fees to keep everything smooth from move-in to move-out: - A €100 application fee when you book your place. - Check-out fees covering the inventory and final cleaning: - Coliving: €200 - Studios & 1-bedroom apartments: €350 - 2-bedroom apartments: €450 - 3-bedroom apartments: €550 - 4-bedroom apartments: €650 Clear, simple, nothing hidden — just the essentials to make your arrival (and departure) easy.
How many people will I live with in a coliving house?
Life at Neybor looks different from one house to another. The number of rooms sets the tone: - Small houses (5–8 rooms) — a cozy, family-like atmosphere where everyone knows each other. - Medium houses (9–13 rooms) — the perfect mix of comfort and community. - Large houses (14–19 rooms) — lively, social homes where there’s always someone to share a chat, a meal, or a laugh with.
Can I decorate or personalize my room?
Your room is yours to keep cozy and personal — photos, art, little things that make you smile can be hung with our installed hooks. Go wild… just not with a paint roller.
