Neybor is definitely a game changer for housing in Brussels. I stay in one of their curated homes in Botanique area and what struck me most was the attention to detail, from the high-quality bedding to the inspiring haven vibe of the common areas. I’m currently a tenant in one of Neybor’s houses in Ixelles, and I’m loving it! The house looked exactly like the pictures when I arrived, and my room is super cozy. My roommates are great, and I’m so happy I decided to rent a room with Neybor because it’s allowed me to meet amazing people!

Living at one of their houses for over a year now and I’m still very happy. I really love the design of the house I am living in, the communication with the Neybor staff works very well and they are all super friendly. I can wholeheartedly recommend renting a room from them!

Great house with great services. I didn’t know the company before arriving to Brussels, but their subscription tool is great and the community manager always helpful. Can’t express my heartily thanks again. (2023/24)

I loved my experience living in one of Neybor's houses in Brussels! The houses are modern, nicely decorated and very comfortable! The client service is very fast and always friendly! I would highly recommend to anyone moving to Brussels to live in one of Neybor's houses!

Who are the residents of the Neybor community?
We welcome everyone to Neybor. The only common ground is that they are all professionals, meaning that they usually work during the week :-) Our members bring together curious, open-minded people aged around 22 to 40 years old from all over the world for the coliving, and around 25 to 50 years old for the private apartments.
They’re working for industries such as institutions like the EU, in tech companies, startups, scaleups, industrials, lawyers, designers, doctors, entrepreneurs and many more — people who love meaningful connections, shared experiences, and good vibes.
How are spaces organized in the coliving houses?
Every Neybor house has its own spirit, blending comfort, character, and a sense of togetherness.
Common areas include a fully equipped kitchen for everyday cooks and weekend chefs alike, a dining area where meals turn into moments, and a laundry room to keep life effortless. Most houses also feature an inviting living room and an outdoor space, a terrace or garden made for slowing down. For added comfort, some locations also provide dedicated storage rooms.
Can I invite guests to stay over?
Friends and family are welcome, that’s what home’s about.
Overnight stays are limited to seven nights per month.
Just give your housemates a heads-up, great coliving starts with good vibes.
What kind of events does Neybor organize?
