Neybor is definitely a game changer for housing in Brussels. I stay in one of their curated homes in Botanique area and what struck me most was the attention to detail, from the high-quality bedding to the inspiring haven vibe of the common areas. I’m currently a tenant in one of Neybor’s houses in Ixelles, and I’m loving it! The house looked exactly like the pictures when I arrived, and my room is super cozy. My roommates are great, and I’m so happy I decided to rent a room with Neybor because it’s allowed me to meet amazing people!

Living at one of their houses for over a year now and I’m still very happy. I really love the design of the house I am living in, the communication with the Neybor staff works very well and they are all super friendly. I can wholeheartedly recommend renting a room from them!

I loved my experience living in one of Neybor's houses in Brussels! The houses are modern, nicely decorated and very comfortable! The client service is very fast and always friendly! I would highly recommend to anyone moving to Brussels to live in one of Neybor's houses!

Everything is perfectly thought-out, and the atmosphere with my housemates was great, everyone was respectful and friendly. Can I visit a house before booking?
We’ve made it easy to explore from home — virtual tours, authentic photos, and all the details you need to picture yourself there. In-person visits are non standards; we try not to drop by while someone’s cooking dinner in their slippers.
Can I use my Neybor address as my official residence in Belgium?
Yes you can. You can register your official residence in all our buildings — just one more way to truly feel at home. You just have to go to the town hall of your district to do so.
Are cleaning services available for private rooms or apartments?
Shared areas in coliving houses are cleaned weekly. For private rooms and apartments, you can make a request for additional cleaning services, arranged at your own expense if desired.
Are community events organized?
Life at Neybor goes beyond your own space — it’s about the people around you. Every month, several events bring the community together, creating moments where connections grow naturally and stories unfold.
Can I invite guests to stay over?
Friends and family are welcome — that’s what home’s about. Overnight stays are limited to seven nights per month. Just give your housemates a heads-up — great coliving starts with good vibes.
