I’m currently a tenant in one of Neybor’s houses in Ixelles, and I’m loving it! The house looked exactly like the pictures when I arrived, and my room is super cozy. My roommates are great, and I’m so happy I decided to rent a room with Neybor because it’s allowed me to meet amazing people!

I loved my experience living in one of Neybor's houses in Brussels! The houses are modern, nicely decorated and very comfortable! The client service is very fast and always friendly! I would highly recommend to anyone moving to Brussels to live in one of Neybor's houses!

Can I visit a house before booking?
We’ve made it easy to explore from home — virtual tours, authentic photos, and all the details you need to picture yourself there. In-person visits are non standards; we try not to drop by while someone’s cooking dinner in their slippers.
Are cleaning services available for private rooms or apartments?
Shared areas in coliving houses are cleaned weekly. For private rooms and apartments, you can make a request for additional cleaning services, arranged at your own expense if desired.
What’s included in a private apartment or studio?
Everything’s set so you can feel at home from day one. - Fully furnished spaces with stylish, comfortable furniture. - All utilities — water, heating, and electricity, all covered. - High-speed internet available in all of our residences. - Home insurance for the property (personal items excluded). - Maintenance and repairs handled directly through the Neybor app. - Community events to connect and meet other Neybors. - Shared amenities like yoga rooms, large kitchen, garden, laundry rooms or bike storage, depending on the building.
Can I use my Neybor address as my official residence in Belgium?
Yes you can. You can register your official residence in all our buildings — just one more way to truly feel at home. You just have to go to the town hall of your district to do so.
