I’m currently a tenant in one of Neybor’s houses in Ixelles, and I’m loving it! The house looked exactly like the pictures when I arrived, and my room is super cozy. My roommates are great, and I’m so happy I decided to rent a room with Neybor because it’s allowed me to meet amazing people!

Living at one of their houses for over a year now and I’m still very happy. I really love the design of the house I am living in, the communication with the Neybor staff works very well and they are all super friendly. I can wholeheartedly recommend renting a room from them!

I loved my experience living in one of Neybor's houses in Brussels! The houses are modern, nicely decorated and very comfortable! The client service is very fast and always friendly! I would highly recommend to anyone moving to Brussels to live in one of Neybor's houses!

Can I visit a house before booking?
We’ve made it easy to explore from the comfort of your home through virtual tours, authentic photos, and detailed descriptions. In-person visits are generally not possible, as we respect the privacy of our current residents. We do our best not to drop by while someone is cooking dinner in their slippers!
Are cleaning services available for private rooms or apartments?
While professional cleaning for all shared areas is included weekly, your private space is yours to maintain. However, if you'd like a little extra help, we can arrange additional cleaning services for your room or apartment upon request, at your own expense.
What’s included in a private apartment or studio?
Everything’s set so you can feel at home from day one. - Fully furnished spaces with stylish, comfortable furniture. - All utilities: water, heating, and electricity, all covered. - High-speed internet available in all of our residences. - Home insurance for the property (personal items excluded). - Maintenance and repairs handled directly through the Neybor app. - Community events to connect and meet other Neybors. - Shared amenities like yoga rooms, large kitchen, garden, laundry rooms or bike storage, depending on the building.
Can I use my Neybor address as my official residence in Belgium?
Yes, you can. You are welcome to register your official residence in all our buildings, it is a key part of truly feeling at home. Simply visit the town hall (commune/gemeente) of your district to complete the registration process.

Every month, our dedicated team organizes a variety of events, from yoga sessions and shared dinners at home to bouldering outings and private bar takeovers.
