How it works
1. Introduce your friend: Email hello@neybor.co with your friend in CC.
2. Your friend books a call: We reply to you both, and your friend books a call with our team to find their room.
3. Your friend books their room: They sign their lease and make their first payment, with €200 off their application fees.
4. You get your reward: Your next month of rent is on us.
Terms and conditions
Who can refer a friend
- Current Neybor tenants.
- Upcoming tenants who haven’t moved in yet, but have signed their lease and made their first payment.
Who can be referred
- Your friend must be new to Neybor.
- You need to email us before your friend receives their offer. We can’t add a referral afterwards.
Your friend goes through our standard application process and is reviewed by our team like any other applicant. A referral doesn’t guarantee a room.
Dates
- Your friend must apply between 1 November and 31 December 2026.
- Your friend must move in by 15 January 2027 at the latest.
Rewards
- You get your next month of rent for free. It applies to the first rent due after your friend has signed their lease and made their first payment.
- Your friend gets €200 off their application fees.
- Each tenant can refer one friend.
Good to know
- This offer can be combined with other discounts, but not with the replacement-tenant clause in your lease (early termination or late notice).
- Neybor may change or end this offer at any time.
